A prolific author, Dana has written 3 books, her latest being Talk the Walk: Designing a Clear Path to a World Class Employee Experience. In it, she share her strategies to help keep employees excited about their job and workplace and leadership tactics that help inspire, engage, and retain their people. Her other books include We’ve Got to START Meeting Like This! and To Meet or NOT to Meet?; she co-authored of The World of Visual Facilitation and created the "Meeting in a Box" toolkit.
