Employee experience can be defined as everything that is connected to an employee’s interaction with a company, from finding a job posting online to their last day. While most companies have identified customer experience design (CX) as a strategic priority, successful organizations also apply similar principles to their internal stakeholders and employees through employee experience design (EX). As the modern workplace continues to evolve at breakneck speeds, it's increasingly important to think about your employees' holistic experience within your organization. That's why I've developed a proprietary process that drives employee engagement and strategic change through graphic facilitation, visual templates, and engagement workshops.

A prolific author, Dana has recently released her latest book, Talk the Walk: Designing a Clear Path to a World Class Employee Experience. In it, she share her strategies to help keep employees excited about their job and workplace and leadership tactics that help inspire, engage, and retain their people. She is also the author of two other books, We’ve Got to START Meeting Like This! and To Meet or NOT to Meet?, co-author of The Visual Facilitation Field Guide, and creator of the Meeting in a Box toolkit.
